Protesters against SOPA and PIPA allegedly claimed that these bills would prohibit sharing info/video/photo or any data over the internet like Youtube, Facebook, etc.
So is it like Martial Law over the Internet?
On one hand, I’ve read that the site owners are to be contacted first by the US Government if there are reported cases of abuse. If no action is taken, the issue is then delivered to the Judiciary Department.
I don’t want to say much about the issue but I do have a stand. Let the owners of the website and/or page handle their biz. They can manage. Government need not to meddle.
