The Epitome |
When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence. ~Ansel Adams |
So here’s my gift for him. :) From simple, plain colored papers, I was able to make a creative wrapper and a very neat yet elegant-looking envelope. ;))
The short poem says:
Child of God
On the 24th of January, three years after 1990, you were born,
It was Sunday, the same day Christ rose once more.
You are like Him, because you are His child.
With a loving heart, forgiving soul, and peaceful mind.
On your special day, you are conversing with Him,
In the hot spring capital, where you’re having your retreat.
I think that’s His gift for your 19th,
And I bet you are unwrapping it while smiling.
